Thank you to the maintenance team here at Preserve at Heartwood. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been professional, respectful, and efficient. They respond quickly, communicate clearly, and take pride in making sure the job is done right. It really makes a difference living in a community where the maintenance team genuinely cares about the residents and the property. Their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Living at The Preserves has been an outstanding experience overall. Coming from living in a house for many years, apartment living was an adjustment for me, and at times the noise heard inside the apartments can be a little annoying. That said, this is a minor issue compared to everything else this community has to offer. The Preserves is brand new, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. The amenities are excellent, the grounds are clean, and the community has a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that truly makes it feel like home. What really makes this place stand out, however, is the staff. Jennifer, Mikayla, and Olivia are absolutely amazing and provide outstanding service. The service I was given while looking for a new home was beyond exceptional. Mikayla was incredibly kind and made this whole experience of touring and applying for a new home so easy and quick. The interior of the units are beautiful, and I am very happy with my new home at the Preserve at Heartwood.

Beautiful apartment complex and location, easy access to the surrounding areas. Great amenities. Did a walkthrough and it went very smoothly, and once you find an apartment you can put your name down and hold it for a bit, in case you are not immediately upon your move date.

Absolutely beautiful community! The aesthetics, the atmosphere, the people… all amazing! Jennifer, the property manager is super sweet and her team are all willing to help with anything I bring to them! Highly recommend!
