This is not the person described in these reviews. From start to finish this was a horrible real estate experience dealing with Ken and First State Properties. My broker had a difficult time communicating with him right from the start. He basically ignored texts, calls and emails and usually did not reply for days or even longer. Ken represented a corporation who flips properties who has absolutely no care for anyone trying to buy one of their properties. So between ken being a horrible agent and a corporation who cares less about anything but their bottom line, the entire process was a nightmare. The closing was delayed over a month because of liens on the property that they didn’t disclose. I had to hire a lawyer to find out why closing didn’t happen because ken gave us no details at all

Susan Ferguson from The Greg Sisson Team is an amazing agent to work with. We have been working with Susan for over a year via email looking at properties and when it was time to schedule appointments she was on the ball. Taking time out while we were vacationing in South Carolina made our transition go smooth with her. She booked appointments throughout the day and even assisted us on last minute showings we provided to her. Her professionalism and constant communication made this transaction go very smooth. Highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Ken was very nice to work with, he was always there whenever we would call him to look at a house, he was quick to meet us their. And always sent us via email all the latest listings so we wouldn't miss anything.We felt more like he was our friend than a real estate agent. I would recommend Ken highly.

TERRIBLE experience. KEN was very unprofessional and did not communicate well with my agent and with us. He took long returning calls or text messages. And answered with 1 word answers. A few days before closing we did a walk thru and found out the house had not been worked on. My agent reached out to Ken who finally replied and said he would take care of it before closing. On closing date we did a final walk thru with construction workers at the house doing the "finishing" touches. Wrong thing we did was go to the closing and leaving the workers there to finish. We got to closing on time, paperwork missing, KEN late, KEN shows up late with the missing paperwork and keys and leaves within 2 to 3 minutes. Once we close and go to house our front storm door is broken, our floors are full of

Worst service I’ve ever seen. Very rude in person and over the phone. Would not recommend.
