RUN FAR AWAY! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! We worked with Pat Pugliese at Crown Realty for a rental property. It seemed like she was going to be very easy to work with in the beginning, but that quickly changed. When we signed the lease, we provided her with a list of things we wanted fixed to the house. Nothing major; fix the ripped screens, the hot water pressure in the sink was not working properly, etc. Not one of those things were fixed or talked about the entire year we lived in the property. The first problem was the back porch light was not working. My husband and I reached out and she stated if we knew someone, we can have them look at it. We had someone come out and look at the light. It turns out, the wires inside the house were not connected to the light outside and every time the

Pat sold us our first home in 2007 and then our second home in 2016. She also manages our rental home. She is professional, knowledgeable, and cuts to the chase. She went up to bat for us with the banks. Very satisfied and highly recommend her.

I recently worked with Pat and all I have to say is she is the one to go to! She was very professional and never missed an appointment. Its not just Pat but Crown as a whole. I highly recommend bringing you business here.

I tried to reschedule an appointment that was made by Patricia Pugliese and she went ahead and went at the original time she requested because she was upset I denied it. She showed up while I wasn't at home and my burglary alarm went off so I was freaking out that someone broke in. She was very rude to my realtor and was trying to defend breaking into my house. I have never felt so worried and aggravated in my life.

It's been weeks at least, but this past was the worst. Put an offer in on Sunday. Wrote almost every day to see what was going on. FINALLY herd back from Pat, almost 9 days later with an update. The homes she's putting at us are NOT in our perspective price range and it took WEEKS to even get one day of showings. Very disappointed as a handful of friends and family had her as a realitor and had nothing but good to say. This time around I feel as tho selling a home is not in her priority and/or our price range isn't a good enough sum for her ??? Idk but it's getting out of hand.
