I've been a resident for over ten years. I make sure my rent is paid on time every month and they don't bother me. If they need something of me ,they serve me a proper notice. If I need something of them I usually call the office and schedule a time and date. I don't haggle them about landscaping as I'm the one living here . I just pay myself. Of course there are rent increases and that's normal for today's world. As long as they don't raise it above my means and render me homeless we will continue to get along.

Horrible DISHONEST company! They are there to just scam people. We were told THEY WORK w/ HOUSING in November 2024; So application were submitted along w/ a check for $2250.00 for rental deposit for the month of December 2024 ( clearly written on check). 3rd week of November 2024, Housing told them due to my parents income they were only allowed a monthly rental for less then what is requested. Housing process is complicated as they need to reviewed each place to determine rental allowance. Due to housing notification to Alliance, my parent application was revoked. Our rental agreement clearly stated $2250.00 was a rental deposit for December. Alliance refuse to give my parent back their deposit. Even tho we are in the 3rd week of November still. My parents are up there in age w/ fixed in
