Reliable Property Management and Rentals

I rented a mobile home through this company for about 30 months. Right from the start, communication was an issue and to this day, same issue. No one seems to know who is in charge of what. Upped my rent for furnace filters and renters insurance. I had renters insurance already. $50 a month hike! So that’s $600 a year. So let’s say $200 a year for renters insurance and $400 for filters. $400 for filters that I only received twice. Then at every lease renewal, they charge $100 for a few clicks of a mouse and a few key strokes. They will reply “industry standard”. This would be true but why take advantage when you’re already making money. Greed I suppose. The owners of the property I rented constantly drove through the yards as if they had nothing better to do. Never truly was any privacy. I

I have rented this property since 2020. In 2024, the rent was increased by $450! The reason was a re-assessment of properties? I had 30 days to decide if I was able to pay that. I paid and I continue to pay. This renewal cycle, they added $50 a month for renter's insurance and a one-time $100 administrative fee. (How much "blood can they get out of a turnip?") I'm still here. I'm 70 and widowed. I don't have anywhere else to go. However, the service has declined in the last year. Currently. I'm waiting on a leaking garbage disposal to be fixed and a bedroom to be repaired/repainted due to a leak from the bathroom above my bedroom. I have made improvements to the property without charging them - plant beds, replaced the microwave, painted the screened in porch, had a a ceiling fan installed

I can't say enough good things about RPM. We'd had a bad experience with another local company, so I had a lot of up front questions that Nichole was very helpful with. We applied for a home that we unfortunately ended up not qualifying for, but Nichole and Brandon went out of their way to help us find another home that fit our needs so that our application fees would not be wasted. Viewings were easy and available at our convenience through their automated system. While we had some issues with a third party company that did our ESA verification, Brandon and Nichole were extremely helpful in reaching out and assisting us with getting them resolved. RPM has been an incredible company to rent through. They are prompt, easy to work with, and have great respect for their tenants. My fiancé and I have been living in one of their rentals for three years. Nichole is quick and response to emails. So is maintenance staff.

Such a horrible company, I’m currently looking for a new place to call home and this property management company manages most of the home available where I’m looking and worker Nichole is so awful to communicate with and the house I was interested in and apparently denied for with no reason after paying $65 for an application. And so afraid to try for another property
