NEVER USE THIS CO. They won't return phone calls or follow other options!! My husband has been at his job 23 yrs.....we've lived in the house that we want to buy...for 11 yrs....they even set up a CLOSING DATE! KNOWING it would never happen! They led us to believe we were IN! I don't even want to give them ONE star! VERY incompetent!!! 5 thumbs down! "Brad" is NOT qualified to even be in the biz!!!!
