Elizabeth and Logan were very patience in our exploration of a sale of a troubled property. Elizabeth was great with working with my elderly parents as they worked through the decision and gave us time to think about our options. At no time did we feel pressured to sell to them. They took the initiative to work with a delinquent renter to view the property and keep in touch with us as we decided what to do. While we didn't do a deal with them this time, I will keep them at the top of the list of companies to work with in the future. Thanks RKS team!

Got cold called by this company wanting to buy my house. Hate spammers. If I wanted to sell my house I'd reach out to a trusted realtor friend or have a sign in the yard myself. When I asked why and how they got my info, I was informed that they have hired drivers "scoping out" houses of interest to them. CREEPY alert!! I'm also in the national do not call registry. They have no regard. In response to your response, if you were so good at getting people what they want for their house, you wouldn't have to cold call to generate leads, they'd be flooding in by referrals. ✅️

So far I've blocked three random numbers that they call from. I've requested to be removed from their list and that hasn't happened. I can only imagine they're one of the corporate companies that buy up all the houses and then use them as rentals, screwing up the entire market across the board. If I wanted to sell my house it would be listed.

If i could leave zero stars i would however that’s not an option. My house had a massive fire and two weeks later i receive an ambulance chaser, predatory letter from this company asking me to call about options. When i called and asked to be taken off their list Chuck was just the worst and i would rather lose everything than ever have to talk to him again.
