Incredibly unprofessional property manager. I missed his call because I was in the hospital, and instead of leaving a proper voicemail, he just sent a vague text saying ‘Pecos & McQueen.’ Since I didn’t recognize the number, I was hesitant to respond right away. Mind you, I had already called them a week prior. When I finally called back, he answered with a rude ‘This is Jared,’ and when I apologized for missing his call, he immediately snapped, ‘What do you want?’ Then, out of nowhere, he had the nerve to call me a scammer. Seriously? How do you expect to do business if you can’t even hold a professional conversation? If you hate your job this much, take a vacation or just quit—because YOU are the problem.

Two of the very best clients i ever had! They are smart, logical, and understand market conditions (in good times and during slower period….yes that has happened in Phoenix before and will happen again!). Most import, they listen to their consultants. Younger real estate folks in the commercial and industrial sectors of the Phoenix market would do well to learn from these two guys!

I worked with a tenant rep from this company and the experience was, undesirable, to say the least. After reaching out to Jack and beginning the process of searching for a lease, I thought my troubles were behind me. In the 6 weeks I recruited him, not once did I receive any potential properties or leads or emails. All properties were located by myself, online and sent to him for follow ups and inquiries. Which was also lacking. It was rare that this panned out to an actual showing. It’s been a week since I submitted and LOI and while I’m sure it was not accepted, I still have not heard from Jack.
