Overall, I got what I had to have – a quiet place with a door, chair and desk. However, I was a bit disappointed and maybe going to the library would have been better. First, I’ve used this location twice and both times I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi using my reservation number. I had a meeting right after my reservation began so I didn’t have time to work with the receptionist to troubleshoot. I just used my phone’s hotspot – which wasn’t ideal. The next issue I had was that the office chair in the office only had a single arm. Other minor issues – the room only had a single power outlet I could find. Luckily it was in a good location, but it would have been nice to charge my phone with another outlet. Finally, the trashcan had rubbish in it. It didn’t smell but it was kind of off-p

The building management and maintenance has been going down hill. There are HVAC issues, water leaks, and electrical issues and no maintenance is being done to fix them. I used to love renting from here everything was handled pretty quickly in the past but in the last year things have went down quick. I have taken my concerns to the center staff and posted them through the website and nothing is being done to fix the issues. My understanding is that the local staff has no say anymore to be able to get the maintenance tickets placed and people from 2+ hours away have no clue what is going on here. The office staff and the facilities are nice for any visitors. I would never recommend renting or purchasing space here solely due to the atrocious billing system that Regus has in place. Regus has everything EXCEPT the customers needs in mind when it comes to a user friendly billing experience. Think online payments will be easy...think again. Think that you won't have surprise charges every month....think again. Regus has a monopoly in Columbia, MO which gives me no other options for a personal month to month office rental space. I guess that means they can do whatever they want. I do not blame the workers at this particular location, it is solely a corporate issue.

Extremely disappointed, I paid up front voluntarily for 3 months during the summer, and I was told I get my deposit back immediately from Adam. It's already December, 4 months later, and no check. It's small, but I'm still disappointed when any company treats their customers this way.

While the local employees are fantastic, the corporate offices / billing practices leave a lot to be desired. "Reviling Chudsucker" is the only phrase that can really describe the inconvenience of the surprise charges, the lack of consistency, and the constant annoyance that paying month to month becomes.
