Regency Square Apartments

Do not move here. Avoid this place. Its 12:26 am and we can’t sleep because of the noise made by upstairs neighbor. We complained at least a 100 times and the management literally IGNORES it. Quite hours does not apply in this property.

This place is an absolutely a terrible place to rent. The apartments were dirty when I moved in and the noise from above me was intolerable. after living there for 5 days we requested to be moved to a different apartment due to the noise and they said I would have to go through a credit check again and pay another deposit even though that was already done the previous week before. Long story short, we lasted two months and had to move because the noise was unbearable. We also left that place clean and they still kept our deposit. The management there is dishonest and borderline scam artist. The day we moved, neighbors told us that the previous tenants lasted a couple of months as well due to the noise above us. If you absolutely have to rent there I strongly recommend you do not rent APT #

At the beginning I thought this is a decent apartment when searching for an apartment in Fremont; because it had 100% positive reviews on this website in April. However, after stayed there for less than four months and moved out on Sep. 1st, I realized that the manager there is a jerk! I agree that the maintenance was good and before you move out everything appears good. Although they only provide a single free parking lot for each apartment (even if our apartment has 2 bedrooms), although my roommate lost a wheel for his bike in the yard, I still originally thought the apartment was not too bad. However, after moving out, they refused to return any deposit to us, although the total amount was $730. In addition, they wanted to charge us $1000+ !!! You can contact me if you don't believe

Bunch of thieves and liars. Please save yourself, and do not rent here. The terrible online rating is completely justified. They charged me a penalty by enforcing unethical leasing policies which state the rent is due by 5th of the month. I went on a weekend to drop the rent, however the gates were closed. I even called and they said that there is no online system and I need to go to the leasing office when it opens. The next Monday the lady told me that it's my responsibility and I need to pay the penalty. This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. They expect you to pay, when there is no way to pay. Absolute BS. Unless you can't find any other place, please stay away from these rude and condescending people.

This has been hands down the worst apt i have ever lived in!!! We have lived in low income apts that were a thoisand times better than this place. We started out with upstairs neighbors that had a dog that they would put on the balcony to poo and pee which would drop down on our patio! They were never kicked out, they just didnt renew their lease. Then we get new neighbors with two small kids. The new upstairs neighbors have no respect for the neighbors. They let their kids do whatever they want including jumping off beds and throwing things on the floor and running and jumping constantly alll day and night. These kids are up till midnight and awake again at six to wake all of us up. As the lease says we should call security for disturbance between the rediculous hours of ten pm and seven
