I am a senior, I am terminally ill in heart, lung and kidney failure, I have been at Cottages at Terrell Hills for 11 years, 5 months I waited for my lease renewal, today they informed me they are not renewing my lease after 11 years with a perfect record on the property.. I pick up trash, I pick up DOG POOP, I plant and water on the property, I have NEVER paid late or had ANY violations ! Its is really a blessing, as you can see by the photos I posted, I deserve better and so do YOU.. do not trust YOUR FATE to these people, they will disappoint. and their phone number ( Regency Prop) is NOT a working number so you can not speak to anyone when you need help! , and we have had NO management on site in 6 months, there are roaches, disrepair, water and AC issue ALL the time, for weeks into m
in the process of want to file a class lawsuit against Regency and Avita, also, our apartment complex managed by them and our property manager. my property manager came into my unit and recorded our conversation without my consent and i have solid sound proof , and our maintenance guy came into my unit unannounced while I was naked and showering. that’s not the only law they’ve broken against me, not to mention I’m six months pregnant and the abuse we have been receiving, is beyond me. I’ve been emailing both property, parent companies of my complex, for about three weeks now every day, I have all the proof, I’ve even mailed letters, and no one has yet to respond to me. avoid any complex managed by these places, and please do your research. for the first month (we’ve been in our unit for
Avita @ Alamo heights I am extremely disappointed with the apartment complex that I recently moved into. It has been 11 days since I moved in, and we still do not have a properly functioning AC unit. Despite multiple promises from the maintenance team to fix it and provide us with a portable AC as a temporary solution, nothing has been done so far. Every time I call the management office to inquire about the status of the repairs, I am met with reassurances that the issue will be resolved promptly. However, these promises never materialize, and I continue to suffer in the unbearable heat. To make matters worse, the management team keeps claiming that they are looking for ways to compensate me for the inconvenience caused. However, no compensation has been provided or even discussed in conc
Avita @ alamo heights For Context (out ac has been out almost every other week) Beware If You Rely on AC!** I’ve been living in this apartment for two months, and I have to say, if you value air conditioning, look elsewhere! Our AC has not worked consistently since we moved in. The maintenance team has visited multiple times, but all they seem to do is check the thermostat and claim they’ve added Freon. Unfortunately, that hasn’t solved the problem. It gets unbearably hot, to the point where our counters and floors become moist. It’s incredibly uncomfortable, and I’m frustrated with the lack of a proper solution. How long does it actually take to fix an AC unit? On a positive note, I’ve noticed that writing a review seems to get the job done quicker, and the maintenance staff becomes more
Worst customer services that I have experienced since I started renting apartments 5 years ago. Kayla Hernandez is the Muir Lake Property manager and she is the worst! She will yell at you and make accusations that you are hostile when you ask them genuine questions about your residence and rental ledger. Do not rent at Muir Lake or from Regency Property Group, take your earned money somewhere else. All they care about is their bottom line and profits. Current tenant safety and comfort is not a priority. The back gate at Muir Lake has been down for 2 months now and they are still working on "bids from contractors". If you do decide to rent here, please invest in your security and safety by getting a ring camera or some type of outside camera. No cameras at the gates for the tenants protect
