Regency Plaza Apartments

My wife and I have been living in this apartment complex for 3 years now in various buildings. The service and amenities are always good. In particular, the front desk staff are always professional and helpful. I also like the gym in building 3 a lot

I give it a Five for location, personnel and overall upkeep. Terrific "hospitality room" which is actually used often by staff for resident events and residents themselves. Mostly safe package delivery (it's the delivery services that mess up, not the concierge/security personnel). Yes things break, but they break everywhere. Overall, local team is pretty terrific.

I have been very fortunate to have the support and expertise of Jose Valdez at the RegencyPlaza. Jose has always provided prompt service and knows everything about the apartment. He is outstanding in every way.

The building is always very clean and well-kept. The staff are great. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Living here is a great experience.
