If I could give these apartments a BIG FAT ZERO I would…. The staff never answers their phone nor fixes things in these apartments when I moved in I didn’t know I was going to be sharing an apartment with roaches that weren’t helping pay no rent on top of that my apartment was filled with mold and all they did was cake paint over in all the while my niece came over to visit me and had to do the ER because she had a bad asthma attack from the mold in the apartment, my counter tops were lifting up u can practically take them right off, my dishwasher kept falling out and had roach and mice droppings on it I wanted it replaced and all they did was scree it back in for it to fall back out 3 days later DO NOT MOVE HERE

Had a couple of bumps on move in day, yet the office manager moved efficiently and made things happen! Very impressed. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed and there was a few that were rapidly handled. I love my decor and apartment. Very quiet here and no issues with parking which is an added bonus!

I have been living at Regency Park Apartment Homes for about 3 months, and so far it has been great! Yasmin at the leasing office was amazing from the moment I walked in to view an unit until I had the keys in my hands. Also, her manager Vickie was super helpful navigating the application process. My new home is beautiful and we love the view behind our balcony. We only had minor maintenance issues, which were fixed by maintenance in less than a week from move in. Right after maintenance came, Yasmin followed up with a phone call to make sure the minor issues were fixed. The community is very quiet and family-oriented. Zina has such a kind and welcoming spirit. From the first interaction, she made me feel comfortable and informed. She communicates clearly, follows up when needed, and really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled properly. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares. I truly appreciate her help!

Leasing staff was very welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in the office. The woman whose name is Zeena, was the one who so effortlessly worked and helped me with a kind and professional manner. She was super diligent, prompt and supportive to my particular situation. She was patient and assisted me with all my needs and questions. I am very happy with my experience.
