I worked with Bradley Fleet & he was amazing from the time I came in inquiring about moving in up until my move in day ! He always took my calls and answered all million of my questions ! Highly would recommend working with him if you’re interested in moving here. New update !! I had a recent issue in my apartment & the maintenance man Darrell came and took care of my problem, he made sure he explained everything he was doing and made sure he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. If I was to ever have another issue I would most certainly prefer him to come because I know it’s going to get done and done right.

Thanks Twone for all your help today!!! I had several tickets placed and he came out to knock them out. Even made sure I don't have issues in the future by stopping an issue before it became one. Thanks to the Tonio's too, they know who they are!! Super helpful when I moved-in with my requests!! I appreciate all you guys do to keep our homes running smoothly!!! Last, but certainly not least, shout-out to Bradley with my move-in! I know I was a nuisance with my many questions, but he never made me feel as though I was pestering. The level of professionalism is greatly appreciated! I love my place!!! Neighbors are friendly or prefer to stay to themselves. Lots of pets and kids here. Free of pests and rodents. I couldn't be happier!! FYI--I moved here in June 2025.

UPDATE: My bf and I have lived here for 2 weeks now and we love it. Only complaint is the noise from the apartments above ours. Floors/ceilings aren’t very sound proof but for the most part, noise is minor. Visitor parking is also very limited but not a big deal for us. Otherwise the place is just what we wanted. So much close by between grocery, food and shopping. Staff in office and maintenance are super friendly and helpful. Also community itself is quiet. We’re glad we chose Regency for our first home :) My boyfriend and I went to take a tour today and Bernard was who helped us. We looked at 2 different layouts and fell in love. Bernard was such a pleasure to deal with. Covered all the info we needed, along with any additional questions we had. The whole place looks beautiful and so

Bradley in the leasing office is amazing. The move-in process was smooth. The landscaping in the neighborhood is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and so far we haven't had any issues. We've been here for about two weeks. I will make an updated review once We've been here longer but shout out to Bradley. Really great guy and extremely professional!! I would recommend renting here. Our unit is spacious and very beautiful. We love our kitchen!!! We're happy.
