What made the situation worse was that no one took responsibility or apologized for sending us the wrong item. Instead, staff continued to argue with us and showed no willingness to resolve the issue professionally. During the interaction, the customer service agent Blanca behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. She began using her phone while we were speaking to her. When we asked her a question, she responded by saying, “I am out of clock,” refused to assist further, and walked away from us. This level of service is unacceptable. Regency not only failed to correct their own mistake but also showed a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and effort. To make matters worse, the company charges customers for items that are never delivered, which feels dishonest and misleading.
