Spent 3 years in a two bedroom apartment with a roommate while attending college. Just prior to us moving in the whole unit was redone which was very nice. Both the landlord Arin, and maintenance man Doug were very accommodating and updated us whenever there was work to be done in the building. There were never any issues at anytime during my stay.

Rented a unit here alongside a roommate for 3 years while attending college nearby. Management were nothing short of amazing, very appreciative of Arin and Doug for their consistent upkeep of the apartment building and surrounding lot. An initial and final walkthrough of our apartment made the move in and out process very smooth when moving from a neighboring state. Convenience to the beach was a great upside as well.

Me and my family rented their Hilltop Terrace Apartments located in west haven for 8 years.We lived there long time because of good environment like(no pets,no smoking)etc.We moved 3 times in their 2 buildings through these 8 years.From 1 bed apartment to 2 bed apartment and again to 2 bed apartment from 2nd floor to 1st floor.When we moved 1st floor there was 3 times flood in bathroom because of their broken pipe and other issues which caused so much money for us. Because when flooded there was so many food and clothes in two pantry and mattress,carpets in bedroom connected to bathroom.I had to garbage them all.But we didn’t sue them.Now when we moved this month(September) to another place they came for inspection and charged us $2002.40 for wall,carpet,bathroom floor,tub,cabinet,fridge

Never in my life have i dealt with such immense levels of disrespect. The unit was delivered with trash in the storage areas, damage to the windows / walls and with bugs in the carpet. All contact with this agency since I have signed the lease have been enough to raise my blood pressure. My concerns are returned with childish and sarcastic remarks. Over the phone the woman is condescending and disrespectful and accuses me of doing all this damage to the unit myself. This is a scam. We have only been moved in for barely a week and I am already looking to get out. I'll never work with this terrible company again and I'll make sure everyone knows about it. Because of this experience I've consulted an attorney and spent the past few nights reading up on tenant/landlord law. It is disgusting.

In response to the posting of Ashley Z and in defense of Mr. Gregory the 2 tenants were only upset for the property manager was doing his job in protecting the owner and the property. The home was fully inspected and never had mold issues it was just another excuse for skipping 2 months rent. I can tell you that Ms. Ashley Z and her husband left the property a total filthy mess and with bottles of booze both inside and outside the property. The tenants had also signed a 2 year lease and found new employment out of state and were making up unsubstantiated accusations to get out of the lease and to continue free loading off of the property owner. The issues and lack of communication was not an issue with Mr. Gregory but rather in the marriage of the tenants.
