Updated review (3/2026): Downgrading my rating. After close to 6 months, I cannot recommend this community. 1) The quality is not there; 2) Special deals are made to certain individuals after sale. Below, I spoke about not having a railing for a senior community. Soon learned another unit had one and special treatment may have been at play; 3) Overall poor responses from "management" and lack of leadership all around which partially leads to why homes here have not been selling. (Original review below) --- Summary: Perform proper due diligence, anticipate added costs, house is not best suited for seniors. The house is arguably good value for the price (NJ standards).
