This community is a wonderful place for families, especially those with kids. The management team addresses maintenance requests raised by residents in a timely manner. I would like to give a special shout-out to Denis from the management team, who patiently heard and took quick action on one of our recent requests. Robert from the maintenance team ensured everything ran smoothly, and in a timely manner. The maintenance team works tirelessly even during odd hours to clear snow and keep pathways safe .The team is also available to handle emergencies, which provides great peace of mind. I would highly recommend this community to my friends.

Julio did an excellent job fixing my water boiler. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly identified the issue, explained it in simple terms, and completed the repair efficiently. Everything was left clean and working perfectly. I truly appreciate his attention to detail . I highly recommend Julio for any plumbing or handyman work

Maintenence came in today and completed my toilet issue. I called and with in 24 hours they completed my work order. Never had an issue with any of the Maintenence not completing a job that I called them about. Job well done today's Maintenence guy which I didn't get his name. Professionalism a plus. Kudos to the Maintenance team!

Yan, Darison did a good job with the issues reported as a new tenant through the tenant satisfaction form. They have promised the pending items with the required patching/sealing/painting in the boiler room, as part of boiler replacement, along with broken sink will be fixed soon, Thanks!

Princeton terrace is a vibrant and safe community. The most festivals and events are celebrated together that creates a strong sense of belonging. The management team is incredibly responsive, always addressing concerns promptly. Special shout-out to Denis and his crew who really listen to our needs as tenants and have helped make this a great place especially with the addition of the soccer turf and even the early lighting in time for Diwali celebrations keeping in mind the profile of the residents. Highly recommend Princeton Terrace to anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming place to live!
