Regency at Olde Towne

Super representative who helped us with our questions and guidance to view the floorplans available. The models are excellent and offer many options. The community was very nice with great amenities.

The staff, especially Steven and Tina, are wonderful to work with. I worked with Steven throught the entire process. He was very personable and responded promptly to any questions. This is a great community with perfect floorplans for those looking to move to the area. There are plenty of ammenedies for everyone to take advantage of. Highly recommended.

I live in this neighborhood and I like it. There's good things and bad things about anywhere that you live. It's a massive neighborhood and the HOA has been struggling to keep up/keep Us informed on new changes or anything really. The amenities are so cool though. Dog park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, sidewalks on both sides of the road, huge clubhouse with an indoor gym and an indoor pool, indoor game room, pool tables, ping pong tables, movie room, outdoor pool, playground, outdoor grills and seeding. I love taking my baby up here and dipping her feet in the indoor pool which is mostly empty I rarely see people there. My only complaint is the management of the neighborhood.

Very nice homes, but the lots are small, the HOA is out of this world, and for the location, the prices are too high, IMO. They need to come down on their homes prices and HOA.
