We love working with Marc Castillo of Toll brothers Landscape Design . He took our ideas, listened to every detail, and elevated everything with his incredible eye for design. Marc is patient, attentive, and truly made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. What meant the most to us is how he treated us like family — always looking out for our best interest and making sure every choice felt right and true to who we are. As our landscape designer, he transformed our front and backyard into warm, welcoming spaces that feel beautiful, comfortable, and completely “us.” We are so grateful for him and couldn’t recommend him more!

Been a homeowner at Regency Avenir for the past year. Absolutely love it here. Everyone is welcoming and friendly with so many activities to participate. Have made many long lasting friendships. Working with Toll Brothers was easy and our home has been top quality from day one. With the upcoming Avenir town center this is going to be an exceptional place to live for a very long time. Highly recommend if you are considering a 55 and up community.

Having the most horrible experience with toll. Several people in the community are suing them because the homes are in such horrible shape at closing time. Toll pushes to close asap without fixing anything prior saying it will get addressed after. It does not. Anything after closing will take at least a year to fix if you’re lucky. Some people here have outstanding items after a year. Buyer beware and do not buy in this community
