Our apartment flooded the first night We lived there for four years and it’s flooded at at least 12 times To the point where we had to buy a shock vac If there was any thunderstorm, the power will go out There was bugs everywhere because of the moisture from the wet, never fixed floors That was coming up because of the Flooding The maintenance people are literally the best people there they don’t get paid enough The leasing office are petty, bitter women Who don’t like to do their job? It has been now six months since me and my family has moved and I called them today and asked if we got any mail because I know we did instead of giving me my mail or me being able to pick it up the leasing office lady told me that I have to wait until the maintenance people come and that will be on her time

Absolutely disgusting. Infested. Roaches invading everywhere. If you like to live in disgusting environments then this is the perfect place for you. Cheap for a reason. Office staff Tracy and Sophia disrespectful. Happily paid to get up outta there!

I know this place may be tempting because it’s “cheap” but unless you like opening your cupboards and roaches falling out out of it or mice chewing through your belongings or every time you go to the bathroom there’s a roach staring you in the face from the wall please refrain from moving here . And don’t get me started on the mice they crap on EVERYTHING . Your dressers, your couch your TV stand. Your food gets broken into. If you live here you have to keep all your stuff in containers and they still crap on those. No one should have to live with this level of infestations . The staff likely don’t live here so they’re not taking the issue seriously enough to hire A PROFESSIONAL to help you they go with the cheapest less taxing in their part methods like laying traps which get crawled a

This place was a very good place, but now every time I stay over my moms there is a mouse and I would be scared to sleep. Also the mouses are not afraid if you see them.

Moved in to the complex 8 months ago. The area is quiet and the location is great. Convenient shops and restaurants are near by. Rent is very reasonable and parking is always available. Maintenance responds quickly, usually by next business day. The unit itself is pretty spacious and the closet space is fairly large.I haven't had any issues with noise levels in the unit. Neighbors tend to be quiet during the evenings. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice/simple place to live.
