Absolute dive! Walking into an apartment here is like walking into the 1980's, including the carpet that is so old it has visible "paths", with little to no carpet left at all, from being heavily traveled areas, probably several tenents shared the same carpet for many years and had clearly not replaced anytime recently. There is also CARPET IN THE BATHROOM VANITY AREA!!! YES THERE IS ALOT OF BLACK MOLD UNDER IT AND THROUGH OUT.....Pretty awful living conditions for a place that has the audacity to run credit checks & then throws you into one of these dumps & then promises you the world about all the complaints you'll have, after staying the first night or two and noticing these things.
great to live i dont rlly like it that much bc of the bugs but its ok!
It's an older apartment building but it's out of the way from all the riff raff. It's a good starter apartment place.
These are really nice ror the price!
Dirty apts and a "super" who has NO knowledge of what hes doing
