Boulder Hills at Wantage

Spoke with a leasing manager about possibly renting at boulder. she was incredibly rude, and told me “we have availability but a lot of applicants” and then said bye and hung up. very unprofessional. not impressed. didn’t ask about going on the waitlist or anything, just hung up. extremely disappointed.

Met with Sharon who was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. She made us feel welcome from the moment that we met her! The apartments are absolutely gorgeous! Update!! Welcome home!! We moved in last month and truly love our beautiful new apartment and the very scenic surroundings!!!

Horrible experience attempting to contact the apartment office. Always met with the rude person who answers the phone. After being told sternly over the phone that the apartments are first come first serve we patiently waited until an apartment had become available through contact with residents because the office attendant was terrible at relaying information. We finally had found someone who was breaking their lease and attempted to apply for the apartment on the same day that the notice was put in, once again the extremely angry person over the phone shut us down stating that she was holding a private waiting list for her own family members to move in that was not previously disclosed. Overall this has been the worst experience trying to get into this apartment complex.

Lived here from Feb 2020 to Feb 2021. 2 bed 2 bathroom is a steal for the price. Ample parking, ample indoor space, big master bedroom. Good neighbors! Sharon is super professional. Maintenance team is fantastic. Miss this place often! Wish there was a similar place like this in VA! Cons: If neighbors are loud, you will hear them. Also, if people are walking or running in the hallways, you hear it echo everywhere. Would recommend added insulation! Thank you!

Looking into these apartments, they are BEAUTIFUL. Spoke to Sharon on the phone, extremely sweet and kind lady! I hope to move into one of these apartments soon!
