Regal Villas Apartments

Lived here the first five years of my marriage. Loved living here. The apartment Maintenance crew and security on duty respond quickly. Managers were friendly. Liked the dryer and washer in each unit. The really bad and VERY stressful problem you have while living here is the PARKING!!! Got my car towed a handful of times due to no parking space available. APARTMENT COMPLEX WONT BE RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR VEHICLE IS TOWED. Very stressful situation for those who get off work at night.

I currently live here. The customer service at the leasing office is 50% good and 50% bad. I love the size of my apartment, loooooove it! BUT. 1. THE PARKING SITUATION IS THE WORST. The point of having your own place is coming and going as you please right? Here? NO. If you come home anytime after 10pm, get ready for the battle of the parking spaces. Plus, if you complain to the leasing office, they'll tell you that "your car is not their responsibility.". And to "park across the street at the school" 2. The pool is amazingly big. BUT the last people in it are the residents. Its more like the Dallas County pool than the regal villas pool. 3. Crime My car got broken into 3 times in the 2 years I've been here. I lived here for a year and it was absolutely amazing! I only had one minor issue with maintenance in the apt in a years period and it was resolved ASAP. Management was amazing and always kind as well as maintenance personal. No complaints on this property at all🙌🏼❤️

Management is very rude.. I was just looking for information about any openings and this is how the conversation went. "Me- Hello! I passed by here the other day to get some information regarding your apartments. Do you have anything available?! Karen- Nah. Me- umm.. well do you know if anything is opening within the next fe... *gets cut off* Karen- Not really. Me- well, can you take my number or email to notify me of any openings? Karen- Um.. no..... its first come first serve. Byee." *hangs up on me* I am sorry. I was really looking forward to residing here, but this is not the way a manager should act towards future residents. I would have loved to experience these apartments, but if this is the way I get talked to just for asking questions. Then no thank you. You should really replace

I live here for to many years but the employes they are to RUD and the mantenance doeśnt fix none like today i pick same trash out of my car and i put it on the trash can next to the coke machine and the mantenance gay take out. im so mad i dont go to the office because i feel they dónt care abouth it i put the trash there for first time i never did before ..they should change these gay to do someting else some of my friend they live ready because of these kind of situations. They charge you for nothing but the employes family can do werever they want and they have more cars then any one ...y realy like to live here.. but i hope these change as sun is possible? at least talk to the employes to remember our ?money is them check? is what they feed there families?
