Customer Reviews
Regal Management ranks among the worst at Centennial Park. They claim to protect the community, its safety and property value. The community is ladened with trash and rubbish thrown all over the place by irresponsible tenants. I have brought this up to them and they have yet to provide a permanent solution. The Board is also equally ineffectual and indifferent to all the wrong things that are going at Centennial Park. To the HOA Board, take charge and enforce the rules and stop hoarding the HOA fees and turn the other way. What does the HOA board do at their monthly meeting while they sit sipping coffee and seeing the community turn into a wreck. Look at these pictures of the way this HOA manages the Community. Need I say more?
Very frustrated at the way Regal Management takes care of things at Centennial Park. I do not understand why this Community is so trashy and getting worse by the day. I know it's due to the large number of shady tenants in this community but many other communities also have tenants too but they are anywhere like bad. Regal lies all the time. They do not provide a porter that visit the community each week to pick up trash. If they did this, there would be so much complaints. Regal is stating they have a private porter who comes out regularly to pickup trash. This isn't true! The porter only comes out to pick up trash whenever people start calling in about the mess on the street. Otherwise the place is left like it's a free dump ground for everyone. Why is this continue to be a problem, si
Regal is pathetically ineffective at Centennial Park. This community is full of litter, everywhere. People's trash containers are left on the street all week long, some are full of trash, some are knocked over upside down, left on the street day in and day out. Some day it looks like a war zone, trash everywhere. The porter comes but does not pickup litter on the street. This has been brought up to the HOA numerous times over the year. How difficult is it to get someone to come in, drive around and pick up the trash. Thanks Regal and Board of Directors for brining our property value down by doing nothing about the trash. When are you going to do something about the litter? Why do you even collect HOA dues when you don't provide much service to the Community.
I've lived for 20 years in the Wigwam square and have never had any problems with HOA. This year and last year my family has been on the HOA's list. The harassment is non stop. Violation after violation for no reason. Someone sent a picture of my car parked in front of my garage (not permanently) just for loading with the garage open and they flagged this as a violation. More violations for noise late at night, but no police report after10 pm which wasn't true. Someone claimed at 1 pm and its not my house this as a violation with no evidence and so on... I went to the office last year and I had a conversation with the manager Jennifer Hodge but she was absolutely disrespectful: she actually told me "I should of known what kind of house I bought" because my house has a short drive way.We
I have just moved into Centential Park and already I am having a very bad vibe about this neighborhood and how it is managed. When you first drive in at the gate, I feel like I'm about to step into an inner city. When coming home, you are greeted at the gate with various trash items like soda can, cups, plastic bottles etc. At night there are only 2 dimly lit lights and it feels spooky. While I look at other comparable nearby neighborhoods where they have and maintain beautiful entrance landscape with various trees with adequate lighting, I can only hope Centennial Park would look and follow suit. How they maintain the entry into the community is the first impression of how safe it is and how well it is managed. Once you step inside the neighborhood it definitely has an inner city feel, t
