Regal Pointe Apartments

Very nice community. Pet friendly and people seem very nice. Well keeped up and looking to improve. Surrounding area has lots to do close to Lake Mary Boulevard which has tons of restaurants and shopping. Publix is right across the street and a Panera Bread.

This apartment complex truly deserves no stars. I have never written a review before but this apartment complex deserves it. First and foremost, the management there is HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST. Before you sign a lease they will tell you all of these good deals and great things about the apartment, they will even give you a free bottle of water/soda. However, the tables turn once you sign the lease. They charge you for things like a "Re-Decoration Fee" which isn't even stated on the lease. Jeffery Huff is the leasing manager and he will not help you but give you a run around. He will then threaten to evict a resident for a charge that was never discussed nor written on the lease. Also the carpet was literally invested with ants and roaches. I have huge lumps on my skin to prove it. Frances F

The property manger India is amazing. She made the whole move in experience super smooth and was very informative from the start. I love India and I love my new community !

I came from India and I have amazed to see these apartment that no park is provided for humans . They have dog park. Even in India, every apartment has its own park .

Very centered place to live, lots of business around, ideal for people that live by themselves, the buildings are fairly old but some of them are well maintained.
