Great experience manager has been very helpful in my apartment search she took the time out to explain the process of renting an apartment even took the time to assist me with my application the one bedrooms are very impressive for the price. Can wait to hear back if I'm approved!!!!!

This is 1 the WORST apartments to stay or reside on Campbellton Rd SW. The rent office specialist, Lia is rude and never answers the phone ever! You can physically walk to the front office and knock or ring the buzzer and she will still ignore you! Calvin, the maintenance man walks around and takes his time fixing the outdated AC units as if it's not hot. And don't let your heat go out in the winter time. Your going to freeze to death if your heat goes out waiting on a response from Lia, the only office personnel. But they are going to make sure they collect rent on time every first of the month with printed letters outside your doors to remind you. Also, Calvin the maintenance man has his own personal apartment unit out here among the residents and his unit is more updated than the resid

Not the bad for the price you’re paying for but they can definitely do better

Poor housing and disrepectful management. They don't fix anything or respond to any emergencies. They will let you burn up or freeze before they fix your heat or air. My wife and I lived there for 6 years. We were forced out of our home for no reason. They are not a good place to live. Do not move here

Eric is always very kind and helpful. Calvin always does a great job with anything I need done to my apartment. Quiet and well kept neighborhood. Very pleased.
