We had a very disappointing experience with Regal Crossing Apartments. We were repeatedly told that a bottom-floor 2-bedroom unit was available, knowing my wife was pregnant and that this was a requirement. Based on these assurances, we paid the application fees and security deposit. After payment, communication became inconsistent. Emails went unanswered, move-in details were unclear, and the unit number that was promised to us by the end of the day was not provided. Conflicting information was given about unit availability and dates. When we went to the office for clarification, staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and the property manager declined to speak with us. This will be my first month at Regal Crossing Apartments. The whole process of application to approval and then to move-in was all in the matter of days. Ms. Eunice was a tremendous help with answering all my questions as well as paperwork. She also helped with renters insurance and electric services it was a one stop shop. I'm very pleased the apartment was move-in ready and the complex is quite. Ask for Ms Eunice she will help you through the whole process. Thanks Girl ☺️

Wonderful apts Valerie work with you if you have issues with any thing.. they also help find rental assistance if you need it o give the 5 stars the crime is down here I been here a while I love my apt

HORRIBLE staff! Do not apply here! ‼️THEY PAY PEOPLE TO MAKE GOOD REVIEWS HERE! ‼️Firstly, their website does not align with anything they say as an expectation/ requirement. It’s outdated information or just plainly wrong because on their website it states only two bank statements need to be uploaded, however, when you call them they say four and nothing less than that. If I hadn’t called up to the office to verify, we could’ve wasted money and gotten denied! But secondly, they have NO idea how to work with contract workers such as myself and my husband. Mind you, we don’t just meet the requirements, but exceed them! So accepting us would’ve been easy if we had W-2 jobs, but because we work remotely and because it’s contract work, the staff- specifically Angelina- was extremely confused

Today I toured property with Eunice The leasing agent.She was incredibly helpful, responsive,knowledgeable, and patient when answering all my questions. Really appreciated their help highly recommend! I’ll be coming back to apply!!
