Regal Apartments

It is a nice, quiet apartment complex next to the Green River. Plenty of parking. Neighbors stay to themselves, but are cordial. The entrance (driveway) is difficult to get into, as you cannot turn left to get in. The back of the driveway is directly next to the river, but you cannot get down to it because it is a steep downgrade and says no trespassing. Maintenance needs to replace grout in bathrooms, but the paint is fresh and modern. My main concern is that (at least in the #4 set of apartments that I visited), there is no handicapped accessible way to get to or out of the apartment, as there are random steps and no give. The step to get into the apartment is a large step for those in chairs or have difficulty lifting legs.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Cockroaches coming into my apartment from all the neighbors. The landlord is pure evil. They never did a proper walkthrough, but made sure they took my 2700$ deposit before I saw the filthy condition my unit was in. Everything was dirty! The carpet had black sot coming out of it. They refused to replace it refused to acknowledge any of my concerns about the unsafe living invironmen. There is still cat urine smells in the bathroom and the Roaches... They don’t respond to your emails and they haven’t fixed or cleaned one single issue like the tile in the bathroom that needs caulking and is letting in the coackroaches from the next door neighbor. I have NEVER BEEN treated this poorly by anyone. I WOULD NEVER HAVE MOVED HERE IF I KNEW THE CONDITION OF THW AP

Management changed and not any better than the last, the nerve of them to raise the rent when nothing has got better. The lot was painted, they said it would be repaved but no, it was just sealed, nothing was removed and replaced. Mold is geat if you like mold. By the river yes but not a resort, it's last resort.

They're clean they walk you through on one attendant moves out the remodellings the kitchens ripping out the carpet and putting wood floors and so the only rooms that have carpet is the bedroom

Landlord is a slumlord. And constantly goes back on her word and is not relyable
