Reflection Pointe Apartments

When I lived there in the Summer of 2024, it was awesome! I absolutely loved it. There were a few minor things I needed in my apartment that Ms Tomeka and Amanda took care of and the maintenance staff were always there to take care of me. Mr. Stanley and his guys are top notch. The apartments are so peaceful and relaxing and the pools are clean not to mention the people you meet are kind.

I had a few issues come up with my apartment and the process of me moving in , but the team handled everything very well. Tameka really stepped in and made sure my concerns were addressed. She was responsive, professional, and made me feel like my situation was truly prioritized and cared for, which I really appreciated. I also want to thank David for helping out during the process as well. Both of them worked to make sure things were taken care of, and that level of support means a lot. Overall, I’m grateful for their help and the effort they put into resolving the situation.

My experience has been positive considering that I did start off with a few hiccups. But thankfully, David and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. These apartments are located in a quiet and convenient area. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. These apartments also have courtesy officers that are available to the residents 24 hours if needed.

Brycen G. And Brandon D. are extremely selfless, genuine, and kind. I am a resident that has been recently hospitalized for an extensive amount of time. In my weakened state, I have been unable to take my trash to bins in the rear of the property. These gentlemen, along with David, took my trash bags from the patio to the bins for me. They didn’t have to but they did. I am truly grateful for these gentlemen that went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you from the very bottom of my heart! ❤️❤️❤️

This is the first post I’ve ever made in my life. Figured I needed to say something about this place. I lived here for 5 years and had countless issues that upper management absolutely refused to fix. The last issue was someone leaving the tub running for hours in the unit above mine. It’s all documented and was never fixed. They let me live with a molded bathroom for 5 months. I moved out due to this a month early. They now have a judgment on me. If I were you, I’d avoid this place like the plague. Tameka is quite possibly the poorest manager I’ve ever encountered. Don’t make the mistake I did.
