We are half way through the build and the experience has been great. Easiest way to build a house by far. The site has been kept clean (major plus), along with the inside of the house. The team has been great, good communication, along with advice where needed. Can't wait to move in in a couple of months!

No home build is without hiccups, but we were very impressed with how smoothly our build went. From the time framing started to the day we were handed the keys was less than 3 months. We did have a 6 week delay (after the foundation was poured but before framing started) while they were waiting on back ordered trusses. I will admit, this was frustrating to us, as we were very eager to get into our new house. Other than that delay, the process was fast and easy. In particular, we found that selecting the plan, modifying the plan, and making choices for the interior/exterior finishing details was stress-free and fun.
