Reader is a joke they charge for every little thing they charge tenant packets that you have to pay Even when you're not getting a single thing from them. They also never get back to you they're extremely hard to work with and talk to you call them they tell you they'll get back to you then never do they work with this company to fix things and they're a joke and never get back to you and they're slow and take their sweet time if something's broke be ready to contact them over and over and over to get it fixed before you do they don't care about the tenants at all they're only there for the landlord. Typical Utah property management. Utah has the harshest laws for tenants and the leanest laws for landlords just remember that when you get involved with any of these people you will get screw

Zoe Short and the entire team have gone way above and beyond our expectations!! From our initial contact, through the application process, and finalizing the lease details the entire team has been fantastic!! We moved from Colorado so we were a bit nervous about any issues that might pop up but everyone was very thorough and patient with us. It could not have been a better experience!! Avoid at all costs!! I'm still with them for now, but they are incredibly strict, and add on about $100 a month for random fees. They send people over all the time with little to no notice, and peg you for literally anything!! I got hit with a $75 fee because my roommate had a guest bed set up, and because there was a gust over recently, it looked like it was being used, even though they weren't living there. And they said if it wasn't cleaned out, they would hit us with a $500 fee in a few day's. I also swapped out roommates due to people moving for work, and it's a $800 fee to attempt to change anything, lucky the new person passed the rigorous background check, but if they didn't I'd be back to square 1.

We have loved working with Reeder Management for the past year. Zoe was exceptional to work with and always went above and beyond for us. The maintenance team was kind, hardworking and great to work with and helped us anytime me we needed something. We've loved our experience and would highly recommend them!

We rented a townhome from this agency and vacated the property by the date our lease ended on February 28th, 2025. As of today, May 30th 2025, we have yet to receive the remaining balance of our security deposit back. On May 8th, 2025 we physically visited the Riverdale office to inquire about the deposit and move-out charges after several unsuccessful attempts to contact the agency by phone and email. During the May 8th visit we were told we would be sent a refund check the following week. On May 12th, 2025 we received an email listing the charges that were going to be withheld from the deposit, (a move out clean, carpet cleaning, and the replacement of 2 light bulbs). The invoice for the light bulb replacement was dated April 22nd, 2025. The invoice for the move out clean was dated
