Mountain View at Riverdale Apartments

Looking for an amazing apartment this is the place. The office staff is amazing maintenance is great. The property manager Brooklinn is great caring respectful. She knows her job very well. Been living here for 4 plus years. The community is great and clean always. If your looking for a safe quite place and reasonable prices this is your place to make a home. From the pool to a gym and even a free dog wash station.

I just moved in. All the staff made me feel at home and they all were very helpful and honest. They care for you as a individual. The management is awesome. I'm looking forward to living here. The management and maintenance are very friendly and helpful and respectful. They answered my questions. I've lived here for nearly 5 years ; the neighborhood is quiet and nearly everyone I've met has been kind and welcoming. I've had a great experience with the team here! Working with Brooklinn during the application process all the way through to move in and any questions since has been a breeze. Brooklinn is an excellent property manager! She is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance is also fantastic! They're quick to respond, knowledgeable, and always friendly. It's clear the whole team here takes pride in their work and it really shows. Highly recommend!

Brooklyn has been nothing less than amazing to my family! My grandfather has lived here, I believe close to a decade now, and my mother just short of that! I brought my beautiful daughter into this world and we moved into our own apartment for more space. There was some hiccups along the way with wasps and the heater but nothing they haven't absolutely done their best to help us with! Customer service is outstanding! My papa loves to go down stairs and chat with the ladies and have a coke during the summer! It helps him get out of the house and gives him something to look forward to! They are always dressed for the occasion and ready to brighten peoples day! Thank you for all you do! We are so grateful to have such an amazing team here at Riverdale!
