Melissa in the leasing office was absolutely amazing!! She was so quick to respond to emails and helped through every step of the process. She truly is incredible at what she does. And on top of that, the apartments are beautiful and well kept. You can tell that it is a very nice community to live in. Overall, an amazing experience and an amazing place to live. Thank you to all of the Redwood staff!

I lived here for nearly six years. Beautifully designed and spacious first floor living. The office manager, Melissa and maintenance manager, Nick were always easy to communicate with and promptly responded to any issues I had with my apartment. When I experienced a kitchen fire, both the local and district Redwood team were there quickly and organized a clean up plan. I highly recommend Redwood.

We haven't moved in yet, but I would like to say that Melissa in Wooster is the nicest and most thorough Neighborhood manager I've ever met. She's reached out multiple times with updates about our new apartment and responded almost immediately to any questions that we've had. Very happy with the experience we've had so far.

There is no reason for the smoke alarms to need to be replaced as often as I have had them replaced. They go off at random times and the one in the living area is to high to access so you have to wait on maintenance to come replace batteries or replace.
