I don't understand why everyone else has had such a good review for Howard Hannah realty wooster ohio. we have had heartache repeatedly since our closing. Our realtor was excellent and we love her but since we closed no co operation. We have a receipt previous owner paid to have a dead tree removed. It is very tall. Tree remover has not done job yet he was paid in May 2024. We took possession after. Job should of been done before we took possession. I have called tree guy , my realtor and even sellers realtor but tree guy did not return call. He was working next door doing lawn care and talked to me. Said he had other jobs to do first. Twice scheduled and never showed up or called. Sellers realtor did not return my call either. My realtor has contacted me but now is saying I am on it. I ha

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the realtor side of HH, I tried several times to call and get a call back and had issues with their automated system, so gave up and went with a different realty company. I did however use them to secure a mortgage and thought Jan was great as their mortgage/loan officer. She was super quick to get back to me and answer any questions throughout the process. I did "shop around" and many loan officers answered questions with "I'm the best at what I do" rather than answering my questions, so for Jan to take the time to go through and explain everything made me feel much better! The entire team at Howard Hanna was great to work with. Despite the challenging time with COVID-19 they were able to make the process as smooth as possible. Denise was great at explaining the details, she answered all my questions and I know put in a lot of work to get everything to work out like it did. She went above and beyond. Carrie was a great realtor. She also went above and beyond to help get my offer in and negotiated with the sellers. She was always prompt in her replies. I can honestly say I don't have a single complaint about Carrie. As if this isn't enough, Erin and Cameron saved me a bunch of money on my insurance, and even ended up with cheaper car insurance as an added bonus!

My experience is from an auction held by the company. I wasn't able to make it to pick up items won in an auction due to illness. I reached out prior to the pick-up time and was told that it wouldn't be an issue to switch to shipping. It's now been two weeks and at this point, Paul has stopped replying to messages.

Denise Fitzpatrick was awesome to work with. She did our original mortgage and we were so please with the process that when we refinance our first choice was her again. Thanks for all the help streaming us through the process with ease.
