Redwood Village

Just moved out of this God forsaken place. I was living here for 6 years never had a roach problem until the last year and totally disgusting and huge. Also saw a baby rat playing in the grass outside. They will blame you for the damages and will not return your deposit. They never fix anything. Everything inside is old and poorly done. The majority of the neighbors here like to sell drugs or do drugs in their car. There is only one dumpster for all the tenants and therefore garbage lying around everywhere. Do not move here at any cost!

If I could give them 0 stars i would. Workers go inside your apartments with out permission. They never repair anything. They try to blame you for the damages When you want to make a complaint there attorney is TRASH!!! SUPER RUDE! HUGE COCKROACHES & RATS!!! BEWARE!!!!! RENT IS CHEAP BUT THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

I was a tenant at Redwood Village for almost 10 years. From my experience. They were always accommodating. Maintenance issues was always resolved on time. when I decided to relocate to a different state. They mailed my full refund Security deposit with interest. So, no complaints on my behalf.

Never lived there I am just looking for my old Vice-Principal! Her name is Dalila Ruiz and she and her late husband (Ramiro) Ran the Jersey Preparatory School in Newark, NJ between 93-95. I have been searching for her with no luck! Does anyone remember her, or can anyone possibly contact her? I am in desperate need of my high school graduation records.

The staff here are racist! Especially Maria Salas, she sticks up for her own kind (Spanish) if you are anything but Spanish you dont stand a chance. The super there is also very unprofessional. Please be WARNED, DONT MOVER HERE. Rent may be $935 but you pay for what you get which is A BAD EXPERIENCE.
