I have lived here for over 13 years. Its a waiting list to enter in this co-op. Management is suspect. This place everyone should consider to live in. Even though it's in Paterson we have security. Since many outsiders from NJ come here. It's only fair that people with low income come here as well. i want the world to know
Wonderful Co-op community. The last three generations of women on my maternal side have lived here and have never had any issues, maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.
Great complex with security to keep things as safe as can be. My only beef is their amazon process and elevators work when they want to. Otherwise great complex
The parking area has been resurfaced but the new demarcations are so much smaller .
Nothing but good things I can say about this place 😌
