Chris did an amazing job conducting our home inspection! He prioritized the safety of my toddler and we appreciated that tremendously. He explained each repair in detail while walking through the house. We will definitely use his services again! We also appreciated how he uploaded pictures and comments in his inspection report solely for our awareness I.e, when our water heater was installed, the average life span, the filter, along with key details about maintaining the water temperature for safety reasons. 10/10 recommend.
