Redstone Station Apartments

These apts are pretty affordable for the downtown area. When I moved in (2023) under old management, there were a ton of maintenance issues but most if not all units have been remodeled since then. Karen, the office manager, has ensured that all of our maintenance requests get done in a timely manner. They're very proactive with pest control which is a HUGE bonus. There's a corner store right across from the office. The community is pretty diverse and I enjoy my neighbors. Growing up, I moved apartments nearly every year and continued that pattern into my adulthood- I've dealt with a LOT of landlords. It will be going on 2 years in December living here at Redstone station apartments and they really fix it up nicely only had a few maintenance problems not many with that being said every time I contacted them in office and after hours about it and they always made sure that it got taken care of and also Maxine care about her residence. I have never been late on my rent and the time I was she was concerned She contacted me to see what was going on asking Was everything OK and when I told her what was going on they really looked out for me. And not to many will do that when running an apartment complex therefore I have no complaints

Everything is clean and high-end, the amenities are great, and the residents I've met all seem friendly and speak highly of their experience living here. The staff is friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Worth the price. I have been living here for going on two years, it has been a beautiful experience. Maintenance is great. No complaints there. Maxine is super helpful if you ever need anything. Sean is also very professional and nice.

My son lives here. If I could post no stars I would. The pictures they show on the website are a lie! This place had several unfit conditions to live in due to the fact that: 1. His stove did not get fixed for two weeks. 2. He only had 2 working outlets for a whole month. 3. His door leaked extremely cold air this winter, 4. and there are rodents in the air vents in the ceiling! I’m afraid the rodents may have it better than them(tenants.) Don’t live here! The property managers are just in it for greed. He has told me that they come into your apartment unannounced without knocking several times no matter how many times you tell them how uncomfortable it makes you feel. My son is dropping my lease as soon as he can. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Redstone stadium apartments on Thomas Road the Manchu and everyone in the office takes the time out to work with you they do everything they Power to help the people who stay there it’s just a People don’t talk to the people in the office when we supposed to. We wait too late to talk to them when is out of their hands but they do what they can to help you stay there they protect us. They keep us safe they watch over us to make sure things are taken care of. Us things are taken care of in our apartment. I think God for the staff is in office.
