Redstone Garden Apartments

Management will not even respond to repeated requests to repair the shared laundry room (washers & dryers all flooded/broken, awful smells, constantly beeping smoke alarm which needs battery replacement). This has been going on since April, and they have continued raising rent the whole time. Great to pay nearly $2k/month to live in a crumbling slum full of mold with broken amenities.

STAY AWAY!! Worst apartment complex bed bugs, roches.The one who supposed to check the apartments racist man who alwasy touching our stuff in our balcony throw it out our belongings when were not home very disrespectful never seen anything like this in my entire life . ., when it comes to tenants needing help with apartment repairs, they push you aside once you pay your rent. Constantly called the office and was left multiple times waiting for maintance. It’s been 2 months and 2 of 5 apartment repairs have been done. Don’t choose these apartments. disasters in service.. help less maintenance and full of attitude even they charge decent amount as rents.. not sure how could this apartment passing annual inspection.. i don’t recommend this.. place think before sing

Great place maintenance helped a lot with minor issues and they addressed very fast
