We have been in business now for 12 years in Hyde Park. Our landlords had never been attentive and when asked for a repair, etc., came when it was convenient for them. Kari and Otto have been nothing but incredible! We are happy to say that we are lessees at Herb Redl Properties and look forward to many incredible years now, at our new location in Pleasant Valley. They are the best landlords we have ever had! I am a true believer that most people that leave reviews only do so when things go wrong. I am confirming that there still are some great people out there that need to be recognized!

I know it is hard to hire good people, and some employees must come from the bottom of the trash Sandra Sarubbi is this places representative. Update; After the review posted I got a call from Sandra, and as you can see in their reply a request to contact them directly, I have tried both routes and have had no follow up. I have called the office at Redl`s on two occasions, left a message for Sandra, and a request for a call from her boss. In a nutshell, I drove 70 miles to keep an early morning appointment with her to view an apartment. I arrived 10 minutes early, as I was to be the second person to see the place early Monday morning. I found the first person who was to see it 15 minutes before standing at the entry door. I said "Hi are you here to look at the apartment also ?" He said ye

This is our second time renting office accommodation from Herb Redl, and we are truly happy to be back with them on Washington Street in Poughkeepsie. Rental rates are extremely reasonable, and the staff under Frank and Kari are always friendly and helpful. Andrew Toms, RWI

Don't Rent property from this organization. You can not trust them. I was a tenant for 4 years and they said they were renewing my lease and went around my back and rented to someone else by telling them I was leaving. They then told me that mu lease was not being renewed less than 2 month before the lease was up.
