We built with RedKnot three years ago and experienced a water issue from a flat roof section supporting an outdoor balcony. The good news is that Mark and his team (Joe and Jamie) did not hesitate to jump back in and do what had to be done as soon as weather permitted. They stand behind their work. Thank you.

PITIFUL WOULD BE TOO KIND A WORD FOR REDKNOT HOMES. OUR FURNACE HAS BEEN RUNNING FOR OVER 48 STRAIGHT HOURS AND THE TEMPERATURE ON THE THERMOSTAT READS 64 DEGREES. WE WERE TOLD WE SHOULD BE SATISFIED WITH 58 DEGREES. TOO MANY OTHER ISSUES TO INCLUDE IN THIS BRIEF POST. QUALITY-LESS THAN PITIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE-LESS THAN PITIFUL OUR OPINION WOULD BE TO RUN, NOT WALK AWAY FROM REDKNOT HOMES!!!
