Then in a short amount of time it starts up again! Redfin is on my list of Never Do Business With." And to think that this spam attack started when I thought I was being helpful. I noticed a very obvious mistake in one of their listings. Sent them an email. Did they ever respond? Did they ever do a correction? Nope. Just grabbed my email address and have been wearing it out ever since.

Extremely disappointing experience. We chose Redfin because they offered the most affordable option, but unfortunately, the service reflected the price. Our agent, Hala Matar, started off promising but completely shifted her approach once offers came in. Instead of presenting options objectively, she pushed aggressively for one particular offer—acting more like the buyers’ agent than ours. Communication quickly broke down; she was dismissive, unprofessional, and failed to keep us updated throughout the process. Even after closing, Redfin made no effort to follow up or acknowledge the completion of the sale. Overall, the lack of professionalism and customer care made this an unpleasant and frustrating experience.

Redfin, Charlotte is the only office for which I could find a website. I purchased my home in Raleigh and my Redfin agent was pretty standard. However, before I purchased the home, he confirmed in writing that my roof, which showed evidence of water damage in my attic, had been repaired. It hadn't been and when the rain came in the fall it was leaking. When I contacted my Redfin agent they said the owners must have lied. I paid $1100 to fix the leak and repair the roof. The "manager" of the office ignored my requests to share in the cost with me. Buyer beware - request proof of any repairs because I learned the hard way neither buyer nor sellers agents will accept responsibility for what they tell you.

I had a great experience with Redfin Charlotte. I was referred to them by my Redfin agent in California and Jon Bartholomew was my agent. Jon helped us buy our home as out of town buyers, touring the property with us by FaceTime, and helping us write the offer. Where he really earned our trust and appreciation was everything he did to support us during the process. He was the one who stood in for us to do the home inspection, keep us posted on issues, and communicate with the builder. He was also there on closing day doing the final walkthrough and then after we closed, he setup our Ring Cameras and made sure the home was ready for us. I want to thank Jon for a job well done and we will be using him again on future transactions. He’s a great resource for the Charlotte area!

They were not able to sell my house or find me a new property. Despite that I like their buying process. You don't have to wait on one specific realtor. However, the experience attempting to sell was very disappointing. I have never seen a more casual approach, with less feedback given. Realtor was late to every appointment. Mistakes were common from photos to measurements. In the end, we had to use pictures from my previous photographer. You could tell it did not matter to them. If it is not online, generated out of Redfin system don't ask for it. No support for Zillow and Trulia since there is an organizational dispute between Redfin and them. When asking for any kind of creative marketing idea I would get blank stares. Overall, selling via Redfin may work but only if your home is a coo
