If you just want to window shop, they are pretty good about coordinating as many showings as you want. If you want to buy a house get a real realtor. Ours had 0 involvement in the process except when we wanted to make an offer, and they definitely did not proactively try to help you get the house. Just did the paperwork from a template. One time I reached out and said we were very interested in making an offer on a house, didn't get a reply and it became contingent few days later. Few days after that, it went back on the market... We moved on but I wanted to see if our realtor would make any attempt to get a sale and reach out to us to inform us it was back on market (we found out searching online). He did not, we found another realtor, a house, and to this day have not said one word

I bought my first home via the Red Fin team and had a phenomenal experience! Bill Hartford was our agent and wow, he's simply amazing. We love the website and still use it often. We even got a rebate and great recommendations on building our team.

My husband, kids and I fell in love with a home we were vewing, and our agent, Chance Glover was the best!!! He was very friendly, easy going, down to earth and enthusiastic throughout our whole process. Although there was a better bid than ours, Chance was very persistent and compassionate with our whole experience. I will definitely keep Chance in my back pocket for any future vewings!

Sam Tith Hutton is the worst realtor I have ever encountered. She is not invested in the client's interests and puts forth minimal effort to actually represent the client's best interests in the process. It seems that she has little to no experience in real estate as my questions were usually answered with, "well, what do you think?" If I had the answer, I wouldn't be asking the question. Do not work with this individual if you are looking for a supportive realtor to work hard for you during this process.

Just completed my first home purchase and I couldnt be happier with Redfin. We met Chris Winters (massachusetts) when we setup an appointment to see a house via the Redfin app. This guy is who you want on your side for selling or buying. He referred us to Marcus Sohn at Leaderbank, Atty. Shivani Shah at Hurley Shah LLP and Haweye Inspectors. This is the dream team. These guys were easy to work with and kept in touch at all times. They even answer emails on the weekends! Dont be skeptical about not meeting face to face with the lender. They do it all electronically and hassle free. I highly recommend that you at least meet with Chris. 😉
