If you decide to rent an apartment here, be very cautious about the management team. We had numerous issues that were not addressed. When you decide to end your lease, they will send you different checkout lists that are beyond ridiculous! Please please read ALL points and take pictures because they will try to say you left something dirty! I would not recommend this complex to anyone ever again!

We moved in and we were understood that the pet deposite was $500.00, so we moved in, then they did an inspection (the first of many pointless inspections.) And said we had to pay $500.00 for our elderly cat to stay there, but we had already paid $500.00 for our yorkie dog, then they tried to say that the pet deposite was $500.00 per pet, so we ended up paying $1000.00 for a yorkie and a elderly cat to stay in my apartment. Repairs no longer being done. Molded apts. Charged after moving due to the office managers negligence. Keeping and maintaining dwelling better than what it was over looked at move out. Broken personal items in apt when repairs are being supposedly done. Dog let out of the apt with no assistance from office to locate animal. Maintenance men hanging out in apts .
