Zendoor/ Reddy AZ, LLC and Megan Jacobson are the apartment office/administrator for apartments Ethos on Kinderman in Avondale AZ. They will not return phone calls, pick up the phone, or return texts about urgent and normal inquiries about the apartment or common parking area. They do not have an email residents can reply to or a physical office residents can visit. I pay $1500 in rent every month and will not receive simple answers to simple questions. They are unreachable. The only time they communicate is when they need assistance from the residents. Horrible customer service. They also will not answer maintenance/ parking lot inquiries posted to their own portal. I pay rent every month on time.
