Redbird Ridge Apartments

I toured Redbird Ridge Apartments, and Alyssa made the experience stand out. She took the time to understand my needs, was professional, thorough, and actually listened. She showed me two units and all the amenities, gave helpful insights on the space, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were exactly what I needed. Thanks, Alyssa. Update: Alyssa, Brooke, and the maintenance staff are very responsive. Alyssa and Brooke in particular, have addressed all my concerns. They’re friendly, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel at home. Since moving in here, I’ve felt peaceful, comfortable, and supported.

Lived here for roughly 6 months now and everything is great aside from 211 traffic! Brooke in the front office is hands down one of the nicest and most willing people to help with anything apartment-related from maintenance, general questions, or things happening in the neighborhood. She’s truly a phenomenal person.

I’ve really enjoyed every part of my experience with this apartment community so far. The tour was great — the staff was super friendly and explained everything clearly, from pricing to nearby features. The property manager has been so understanding and easy to talk to, which made the whole process a lot less stressful, especially since I just relocated to Texas. Maintenance has also been awesome — they respond quickly and get things fixed fast. The location is super convenient, with everything you need close by, and the community itself is quiet and spacious. Definitely feels like a great place to call home!

Ive recently moved in here and I absolutely love it. Brooke toured 2 units with us and listened to us. She was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process (not to mention patient!) The amenities are amazing, I personally love the pool and trash valet. After being here for a little bit I do have to say they are also very responsive to issues and solved them for us in a timely manner. 👍 I love living here and the other tenants are also very friendly ☺️ I have no complaints a month in with any of the process or after. I wish I could give them 10 stars 🌟

Hands down, thee best choice anyone could make when choosing an apartment- in the area. Not only age & amenity wise but the Property Management! The property & grounds are meticulously kept, issues are handled almost immediately, the maintenance men go above & beyond, and the customer service from the Property Managers is absolutely superb! Brooke, I could write a book about you. Being a Property Manager is definitely your calling & that company is extremely lucky to have you!
