My connection to Redan began with my father, who lived here before I did. I would stop by to drop off his rent, and that’s when I first met Mahdi. Even in those brief interactions, he treated me with genuine warmth and respect — enough that I remembered it years later. When my father passed away, I found myself in a heartbreaking and uncertain situation. I wasn’t on the lease, and Mahdi had every right to ask me to move out immediately. I lived in Redan Cove for 6 years. Mahdi and maintenance are both great! Mahdi is a great property manager and maintenance is always available and has a positive attitude when called. It is a quiet and safe complex.

Fate brought me to this complex and I have been here now for over four years. The property is well-managed by Mahdi. You will not find a more humane and responsive manager than him. While circumstances have posed some temporary inconveniences, such as short notice inspections and problems in communication, things always seem to get sorted out with patience working with him. Overall the property grounds are well maintained, the complex is quick to respond to maintenance issues, and Sa'ad is also a treasure - always pleasant and helpful.

Mahdi, the property manager, is phenomenal! He was the main reason why I decided to move here over a year ago! He's very personable, attentive, takes care of any concerns, & keeps the property in pristine condition! The Maintenance Personnel are friendly, respond swiftly, & do great work!

Been living in this apartment complex for about four years. I love the location, the friendly neighbors, how convenient everything is. However, I believe the owners could do way better with the upkeep for each apartment individually. A few house hold items are out of date and need replacing, the structures are falling apart, and they believe paint can just cover and fix all problems. Pictures will come soon if the issue can't be resolved.
