Absolutely LOVE these spaces. My husband and I rent the Overlook Studio for staycations a few times a year ~ it's become a tradition! I've also photographed clients in both The Loft & The Cottage + attended a yoga retreat at The Cottage. I highly recommend these properties. Best AirBnbs in Cincinnati, hands down!

I cannot say enough about this rental company, this space, and Michele! I rented The Overlook Totale for the night before my wedding and day of to host all the bridesmaids after the rehearsal and to get ready before the wedding. The space is absolutely beautiful- so clean and cozy. The beds are so comfortable! The lighting upstairs is perfect for getting ready pictures. They had it decorated with “Welcome Catherine & Crew!” On all the signs around the space which was so sweet and thoughtful! Michele was quick to respond and was so helpful answering all my questions. She was very flexible with an early check in and late checkout to accommodate my timing for the wedding. She also notified me the next day because two of the girls left dresses! Myself and two friends rented one of Red Whale Rental’s properties for 2 months and our experience was nothing short of perfection! From the gorgeously decorated, clean, spacious apartment, to the exceptional location, right down to the helpful and accommodating staff! We are three flight attendants so our schedules are unpredictable but we were able to handle work with ease thanks to the great setup we had at our temporary home! I highly recommend Red Whale Rentals to anyone looking for a place in Cincinnati be it for a weekend with family or friends, a special occasion, or even just for temporary housing as we did!

Our family recently booked The Overlook. This was our 2nd time booking this space with the first time being a few years ago which was a great experience. However the experience 2 weeks ago was a disaster and very disappointing. Before securing the date through Airbnb we asked permission to host our family of 8 for 1 night along with hosting a cocktail party for approx. 20 guests from 5-7 pm. We were approved for this and therefore booked our event. However, less than 2 weeks prior to our stay we were contacted by Michele at Red Whale Rentals stating that we would need to cancel through Airbnb and rent The Overlook and The Cottage Event Center(another of Red Whale's properties) through Red Whale, which meant us renting an additional venue. I had a great time at Red Whale Rentals yesterday. My destination was The Cottage where the atmosphere was absolutely stunning with open space. This place is great for photoshoots, creative sessions or just an area to get work done. The staff was friendly and professional and answered any questions that I had. I will be back soon!
