Andrew hired me to do an inspection on a home on klyne st in corona. He did not like the results of inspection so He then refused to pay for said inspection. I will have to inform new owner of that property that Andrew Mai is scanning them because the tank is broken. Be careful of this company.

Just called them to ask about a property here in San Diego and was met with a very rude tone from Seth...He kept arguing with me about listing information...I said "I see it was listed for rent recently are they open to renting it?" NO it's a scam, it's a scam...it was listing on Zillow it's public information, no it a scam. This is not craigslist this is a public record btw. Then "oh well they did list it last year but not they are selling" OKAY DUDE. Clearly the only scam is this young millennial that thinks he knows what he is talking about without considering any other information. Note: Be wary of people that are too sure and trust of people who are not exactly sure but OPEN TO LISTENING AND HAVING A DISCUSSION.
